This policy explains what information TableSide Games collects, why it is used, and the choices available to players and group administrators.

Information we collect

Depending on how the service is used, TableSide Games may store names, nicknames, email addresses, telephone numbers, birth dates, player PINs in protected form, APA skill levels, FargoRate, profile notes, group memberships, game registrations, scores, match history, and administrative activity. When a pool-hall table QR is used, the device location, reported accuracy, distance from the hall, and verification time may be stored for access validation. The server may also record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error logs.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate private groups, register and score games, preserve statistics and history, send account or invitation emails, provide support, secure the service, diagnose errors, and improve beta features.

Sharing and disclosure

Player information is visible only where needed for the groups, games, scoreboards, and administrative tools in which that player participates. Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting and email delivery. TableSide Games does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect users, operate the service, or comply with applicable law.

Cookies, sessions, and app storage

The service uses essential session cookies for sign-in and security. The installable web app may cache interface resources on a device so the application can start reliably. Disabling required browser storage may prevent sign-in or game features from working.

Retention and security

Information is retained while accounts, groups, game history, or operational records remain necessary. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups rotate. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Players can review and update supported profile fields from Account Settings. Group administrators can manage group membership and game records according to their permissions. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be sent to tablesidegames@snlsystems.net. Some history may be retained when needed for security, integrity, or legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as beta features and business operations change. Material changes will be presented through the website or the verified account email when appropriate.
