Terms & Beta Conditions
These terms govern access to TableSide Games during its beta period. By creating an account or private group, or by accepting a group invitation, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Beta access and future pricing
TableSide Games is currently provided free of charge during beta testing. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the service is improved. The service may become paid in the future, but no charge or subscription will begin automatically. Pricing and material terms will be disclosed in advance, and users will make a separate subscription choice before any paid service begins.
Accounts and group access
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password and player PIN, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Group administrators control membership and permissions within their groups. Do not share access credentials or use another person’s identity without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, harass other users, falsify identities, or use TableSide Games for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted or removed when necessary to protect the service or its users.
Game rules and scoring
TableSide Games provides scorekeeping and organizational tools. Players and hosts remain responsible for confirming the rules, scores, player eligibility, handicaps, and results used in their games or leagues. References to third-party game formats do not imply sponsorship or official certification.
Your content and records
You retain responsibility for information entered into the service. You permit TableSide Games to store and process that information as needed to provide accounts, groups, game operation, scoreboards, statistics, history, backups, security, and support.
Availability and responsibility
The beta service is provided on an as-available basis and may contain errors. Keep independent records when a score or event is important. To the extent permitted by law, TableSide Games is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from service interruptions, inaccurate entries, device problems, or unauthorized credential use.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the website or verified account email when appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time, and access may be suspended for security concerns or violations of these terms.
